Campbell marijuana lab suspects jailed

CAMPBELL, Ohio (WKBN) – Three people arrested Monday after Campbell police found a marijuana growing operation in the basement of 540 Penhale Ave. are being held at the Mahoning County Jail.

Richard Holloway, 19, is being held on $37,500 bond and is facing felony charges of cultivation of marijuana, possessing criminal tools, marijuana possession, illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and endangering children, as well as misdemeanor charges of contributing to the unruliness of a child, obstructing official business and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Owen Black III, 44, is being held on $39,000 bond and is facing felony charges of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, endangering children, cultivation of marijuana, marijuana possession, possessing criminal tools, as well as misdemeanor charges of contributing to the unruliness of a child, obstructing official business, possession of drug paraphernalia and…
