“I think I had an undercover Cop in my driveway yesterday”…

If you didn’t already know him, meet Daren McCormick

He lives in Nova Scotia Canada and is one of “Canada’s new oilmen”.

He heals the sick, illegally.

He is prosecuted, illegally.

He has and is being detained in an Amherst facility, most likely illegally, as no signed search warrant was produced before his arrest.

The following is the information which I have been able to collect about the ongoing situation.  There will be updates as they are available and I urge you to visit the included links for more in-depth information.

His garden was destroyed.

But he is NOT!

“…they were antique guns…”

There are many people on both sides of the border that are watching the developments here.  The East Canada Friends Group was created on Facebook to let people follow the information forthcoming and show their support.

I have spoken with Donna Thibodeau and Kevin James by messaging.  They are both following this case closely and will forward updates as needed.

Kevin James, founding member of Canadian Medical Marijuana Association,  has been a promoter of Rick Simpson and RSO from the beginning.  He was also involved with the Marijuana Party of Canada in Ontario during 2003.  He also works with Americans for Cannabis.

Donna Thibodeau is a avid follower and patient of Daren as well.  She is doing all she can to help the situation.  This morning she sent this message to me concerning his last appearance in Court:

“I almost put charges on the first prosecutor, if they didn’t remove him.  They changed prosecutors for the afternoon.  I told them that he made me feel creepy and uncomfortable.  Daren has a pending case on both of them.  The head drug unit was also in the room and is also on Daren’s list…”

Additionally, this was posted yesterday:

“I think I had an undercover Cop in my driveway yesterday”…

These were the last words that I heard from Daren McCormick before I found out that he had been arrested and his Cannabis garden destroyed on August 23rd.

an-28082017-daren.jpg

Daren McCormick was growing medicine to try to help save people from Cancer in Nova Scotia, Canada.  He had been successful quite a few times and has patients that will testify to the fact to prove it.

He was a member of Phoenix Tears, a Rick Simpson group out of Nova Scotia Canada.

He was/is a grower.  A grower who believes in the healing power of Cannabis and has spent his adult life fighting for this cause and being persecuted for it.  Yet he does not give up.

Right now, as he sits in a Amherst, Nova Scotia jail awaiting Court with no bond set as of yet, his followers are watching fervently to see what is going to happen next.

Federally, Cannabis is a legal commodity in Canada IF you are a patient – which the plants that Daren was growing was definitely for patients!

“He was going to people with hemp oil, not charging anybody for nothing, and saving people’s lives,” Albert Dwyer said.

Dwyer said he suffered from colon cancer and used marijuana oil in place of radiation and chemotherapy with positive results. According to Dwyer, McCormick’s arrest was keeping medicine from those who need it.

“Why should they put someone in jail who’s saving people’s lives,” Dwyer said. LINK

CURRENT CANADIAN CANNABIS LAWS

The following is a summary of the case that Daren McCormick has filed against Justice Moir for his previous 3 1/2 imprisonment :

EAST-Canada friends The following is a summary of the negligence of Justice Moir of the Supreme Court in Nova Scotia, Canada. Full copies of the direct examination can be found on the website at the bottom. Specific pages that support the allegations are listed by allegation number, volume and page at the end.
Mr. Moir had an unusual case before him involving a person in Canada who had a different belief system. Mr. Moir, while he sat on the bench and made decisions involving this self-represented individual (SRI), was willfully or negligently blind to his responsibilities.
During the trial, Mr. Moir observed several problems, and his response to each calls into question his capacity to fulfill his office.
1. Disclosure was given up to the final moments before trial. Furthermore, the SRI had limited ability to read the disclosure. Finally, the SRI had not finished reviewing the disclosure. Mr. Moir responded to these issues by ignoring them, and continuing with the trial.
2. The SRI attempted to introduce a defence of Officially Induced Error, but did not have the background in law to distinguish Officially Induced Error from Entrapment. Mr. Moir responded to this by helping support this mistake, and by explaining that entrapment was a process taken upon appeal. Further, he made several claims that if he saw an error, he would stop the proceedings himself.
3. Mr. Moir reviewed case law on the SRI and his group prior to hearing from the SRI at trial, and Mr. Moir claimed to have decided on several issues he suspected he would hear. (Due to issues, the PDF containing the main support for this may not be uploaded.)
4. The SRI brings to Mr. Moir’s attention on several occasions that the arrest was made without a warrant, and the police arrested the SRI with drawn firearms. Mr. Moir ignored these repeated remarks, and neither addressed them in open court properly or in a voir dire (a different sort of court hearing).
The evidence on arrest, if excluded, would have negated the evidence in several charges. Based on the case law and facts of the warrantless arrest, there appeared to be a good chance of success in challenging the arrest and evidence taken at the arrest if Mr. Moir had acknowledged the existence of the issue.
From the time the police claim to have made the decision to arrest the SRI, they applied for and were given a search warrant for the SRI’s father’s home. The claim that the decision was made to arrest the SRI is contradicted by police documents. This begs the question of why they did not also apply for an arrest warrant. Furthermore, based on the behavior of the SRI immediately prior to arrest, there did not appear to be any reason to arrest the SRI.
5. The SRI, when asked if he was prepared to stand trial, stated that he was not ready. This was due to an inability to review disclosure sufficiently and due to new disclosure being received ten minutes before the trial. Mr. Moir proceeded with the trial regardless.
6. During jury selection, Mr. Moir challenged a juror on behalf of the SRI, and without consent from the SRI.

This is the story of a man who gave away Cannabis Oil (later to be known as RSO or Phoenix Tears). Daren was charged and was sentenced to 3 1/2 years in prison the day after this video was made. Daren is out of prison now, and despite having done hard time, is back in full production and continuing to grow cannabis and help those in need.  CLICK ON PICTURE BELOW!

The charges are as follows, according to cumberlandnewsnow.com :

McCormick is charged with:

•   Production of marijuana

•   Possession of marihuana for the purpose of trafficking

•   Possession of a restricted firearm with ammunition

•   Eight counts of unsafe storage of a firearm

•   Eight counts of unauthorized possession of a firearm

•   Eight counts of possession of a firearm knowing possession is unauthorized

•    Two counts of possession of a firearm while prohibited.

Daren has never been charged with a violent crime with a firearm to my knowledge.

In other words, there was no need to charge him with firearms violation except for the fact that they weren’t legal for him to have in possession. HOWEVER, as a person who lives in the country around a bunch of farmers, I KNOW that it is NECESSARY that anyone who is growing any kind of crops whether it be corn, potato’s, hemp or cannabis – needs to have access to a firearm! So in my opinion those charges are bogus – he is not a violent person and should not be treated as such!

No one should lose their right to possess a firearm because of a violation of the law unless it is a violent offense

Please take the time to read about what is going on in Canada.  The “legalities” of legalization are overwhelming.  At any time you can become a target for arrest.  For growing a plant!  The same thing is happening here.  The only chance we have to be a free people is to insist upon REPEAL of the regulations and Statutes that have been enacted – just to enslave us.

With that, I will leave you with this famous quote:

Kissinger: “Control oil and you control nations; control food and you control the people.” US strategy deliberately destroyed family farming in the US and abroad and led to 95% of all grain reserves in the world being under the control of six multinational agribusiness corporations LINK

The Children Left Behind…

20170205_203054

I hope someone is listening!

It has  been a month now since my daughter was killed in a one car accident on I65 outside of Nashville, TN, on her way home to her children.  She had been out of town for a few days with her fiancé attending his Sons’ Graduation from Military School. They had driven for ten hours and it was about 4 a.m. when it happened.  It is an old story, and it happens everyday to someone’s child.  I am not special and so on that fateful day I lost my baby girl.  I won’t bore you with the details.  That story is posted HERE.

My Daughter had serious depression and anxiety problems and was never able to get the right doctor to treat her illness…moreover, she was tired of trying to.  She had been self medicating for years with street drugs.  The problem was that the drugs that she ended up using only exasperated the problem.  It was not feasible that her drug use would help the problem…it only made it worse. What started as a “pain pill” problem after being prescribed opiates by a doctor for chronic pain, which she indeed had, ended up being a cocaine, meth and possibly a heroin addiction for which she then decided to self medicate with  buprenorphine which she also obtained “off the street”.

I begged her a number of times to get help but there was no real help.  She refused to use Cannabis because of drug testing – first she was scared of CPS drug testing, then she needed to test clean for a job (which she could never hold onto).  She was scared of losing her children because of a positive THC test.  The “other stuff” you can get out of your system quicker, she had told me.  Well, that’s just fucking great.  Now she is dead.

Her medical history is about as difficult as mine is.  It suffices to say that chronic debilitating pain especially when you throw that on top of a mental illness such as we have, Chronic Major Depression and chronic anxiety, that is enough to cause you to look anywhere for some kind of relief.  It is only human nature that if you are in pain, mental or physical,  to try and find some way to get out of it!  In this World you do not have time to sit down and be ill or in pain.  There are bills to pay and kids to feed and nobody cares if you are sick. We are slaves to the system.

I had begged her to come home a number of times.  But at 34 years old I suppose that she needed her own space.  She worked hard at anything she could do to make a little money to keep going.  The drugs kept her going physically, until they took her down.  And when it finally did take her down that last time as she was driving down I65, she left behind three Son’s and a family who loved her so much words can do no justice.

The buprenorphine was the beginning of the end for her.  I watched while she slowly disintegrated….and that was what it was like…watching something disintegrate before your eyes and not being able to stop it.  Because she was so good at hiding what she was doing, I never really knew what drugs she was on at what time, with the exception of the Buprenorphine which she told me about.. The past few years the boys had been with me a lot of the time.  She just could not handle the stress of “trying to find money to live on” and taking care of kids at the same time.  She was totally dysfunctional.  Totally depressed and anxietized.  The only thing I could think of was to get her off the drugs which was impossible to do especially when she wouldn’t use Cannabis.

She was scared.  She also had some idea that she was going to die young.  The past 6-8 months she spent getting all her paperwork in order and labeled accordingly so that when the time came we could find what we needed.  God Bless Her.I’ve never seen so much OCD in organization before.  She had spent hours labeling folders and had everything neatly packed in boxes.  Everything since 1999 when she lost her first child as a stillborn – back before she EVER thought about using any kind of drugs.  She was completely drug free for the pregnancy and  births of all of her children.

She got caught up in the drug war.  And it ended up killing her.If she had used Cannabis instead of all of the other drugs she did, she may very well be alive today. She fell asleep while driving and went off the road – while taking buprenorphine – because she was afraid to use Cannabis.

Drug testing is the single most deadly weapon used by Government and law enforcement to trap people.  It is the cause of many death’s via drug use, which it was intended to prevent.  “Spice” is a good example of this as many people have died from using it because it was a Cannabis “substitute” and it normally does not show up on drug testing.  It is called “probation weed” down here in Kentucky.

Drug testing only invades our privacy and sets us up for failure.  Drug testing does not prevent nor treat drug abuse.  Drug testing is just another way to to seize money via commerce.  Just think of all of the money that is involved in drug testing. Manfred Donike would be proud – I suppose.

The regulation and legalities surrounding the use of drugs and plants have been the trap that has incarcerated so many innocent people, ruined so many people’s lives and is responsible for many, many death’s in this war.  It IS a war.

Legalize, Tax and Regulate Cannabis is not an option if you want to regain your freedom.  It is just another avenue for the Government to grow their control over the people.  A way to give some of us what we want while still maintaining their “complexes” of control via the Controlled Substance Act, These controls keep the medical/pharmaceutical industrial complex, the military/police force industrial complex, the agricultural industrial complex, the private prison industry, the “child protection” industry and more running at high speed, and commerce and taxation flows appropriately, under Government control, to keep it going in the right direction to feed the very industries that control our every move – including the use of Cannabis both medically and recreationally.

If you think that the prison population was high (no pun intended) before “legalization”, just wait until it is “legalized, taxed and regulated”.

The only way to lift this burden is to REPEAL all statutes, regulations and control of the personal use of plants…period, from the United Nation’s Treaties and Agenda 21/30, on down through each Country’s own Constitution.  The only “drugs” which need regulation are those which are created by the pharmaceutical industry itself.  This would include Cannabis based medicines when they are created and sold by pharmaceutical industries or in dispensaries.  The plants in your yard for your own personal use should never be subjected to any kind of “legislation”.

It suffices to say that in this war a lot of us, including myself, will be raising our Grandchildren.  And a lot of us are unable to do so, which leaves many children to the claws of the Government.  My daughter was a good Mother – just ask her children.  They are the ones that have lost the most – their Mother.  She loved her boys to no end. She did the best that she could do.  It is up to us to continue on and try to rectify the evil that she succumb to.

A prayer for Election Eve 2016

mj feasibility study

May a “Higher Power” be with Us,
On this, the Eve of Our Election,
We must pick a Leader for the USA,
“In God We Trust”!

Let us not forget how hard we fought to get here,
And the Men, Women and Children who suffered and died,
So that we may have the Freedom,
To choose Our way from here.

It is not only Our Right,
It is Our Patriotic Duty,
To fight to keep the Constitution alive,
Lest we loose Lady Liberty’s bright light,
Lest we forever lose Our right to a free life.

Lord, be with us as we make our decisions,
Keep us strong and focused,
And let us not be pushed into a Political trap,
Lest we forever lose Our right to a free life.

And Lord, be with our Leaders as they must make decisions that could kill us,
Make them see clearly Lord,
Not to take away the food and medicine that sustains us,
Beseech them Lord, to free the Cannabis!

Lest we forever lose Our right to a free life.

The DEA is accepting comments on the rescheduling of Kratom into Schedule I until December 1st…The time to comment is NOW!

Due to be published in the “Federal Register” on August 31st, 2016 is the DEA’s “Intent to reschedule” the opioids mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine  These are the “ingredients” of the plant Kratom and they are placing it into schedule I using the “temporary scheduling provisions” of the Controlled Substances ActLINK

Image result for kratom

Speak now or forever hold your peace!  You have been notified!

The DEA reluctantly put on hold it’s intentions of placing Kratom into a Schedule I controlled substance category in August of 2016 after having such a backlash of individuals complaining about the proposed plans.  However, they are still contemplating that move and we only have until December 1st to make our comments through a website designed for us which states that this is …

“Your voice in Federal decision making” on the website of REGULATIONS.GOV.

An unknown number of people in the U.S. use Kratom daily to ease pain and withdrawal symptoms among other things.  It is a “plant” and it belongs to the “People”!  It is a part of our unalienable rights!

This is just the latest move by the DEA through the U.N. and “Agenda 21” to claim all of our rights to any substance that can possibly make the pharmaceutical companies more profitable in the future by denying access to this plant by the individual now.  In fact, a Patent application, dated 2009 exists already.

Scientific American published an article “Should Kratom Use Be Legal?” in 2013, which features an interview with Edward Boyer, a professor of emergency medicine and director of medical toxicology at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, which is a very good article concerning Kratom.  It is a good source of information for those who are not familiar with Kratom.  Ironically enough, it is the University of Massachusetts Medical School which is the “Assignee” on the above patent.  In addition, the following Patents are noted in 2016:

Please take note of the “LEGAL EVENTS” that are at the bottom of the page at this LINK.

The “drug war” has taken enough of our plants and enough of our lives.  We cannot continue to let them regulate us out of every plant of food and medicine which were ever given to us as Our “inalienable rights” as Human Beings and laid out in Our Constitution.  I wrote an article concerning this in 2015, entitled, HOW THE UNITED NATIONS IS STEALING OUR “UNALIENABLE RIGHTS” TO GROW FOOD AND MEDICINE THROUGH THE U.N. CONVENTION ON NARCOTIC DRUGS AND AGENDA 21 (LINK), which explains much of how this is being accomplished by our Government(s).

Kentucky Senate Bill 136, in 2016, was defeated and did not take effect this year.  However, there are many other states in which it has been rescheduled to a I on a state level.  If we do not stop this from happening now, we will never be able to once it is Federally rescheduled.  So take a moment and make your opinion heard.  Use the Federal website to post your comment now!

It is time that we learn from the past and start our own VICTORY Gardens!

We will be “Overgrowing the Government!”

In March 1917,Charles Lathrop Pack organized the US National War Garden Commission and launched the war garden campaign.  President Woodrow Wilson said that “Food will win the war.”

It is almost a hundred years later and history is set to repeat itself.  It is the beginning of Spring and it is time to start planting your gardens now to ensure your access to fresh food later!

According to Numbeo.com the recommended minimum amount of money for food figured by 2400 calories x 31 days is $333.89 per month.  Multiply that by two and it would be almost $668.00 a month for the MINIMUM amount of food for just two people to remain somewhat healthy.   That figure includes these food items:  Milk, White Bread, Rice (white), Eggs, Cheese, Chicken Breasts, Beef Round (0.15 kg), Apples, Banana, Oranges, Tomato, Potato,  Onion, and Lettuce. It really does not leave much to ponder when deciding what you are going to have for dinner!

At those prices, with those options alone, one does not have to imagine if they will be wanting for food this year.  I would suggest that if you would like to eat a decent meal once in a while you had better start growing your own – at least for long as possible before Agenda 21 comes in and takes over all of our gardens via a seed treaty of some sort.  Don’t laugh too hard because it could happen.

Here is an easy idea for those persons who are not lucky enough to have property or even a ‘back-yard’.  Bucket Gardens are becoming popular for limited areas.  Anyone can put 3-5 buckets on the front porch or even in the Living Room with standard fluorescent lighting.

Additionally, here are some ideas about growing small amounts indoors.  Be sure to do a Google search for more ideas on indoor growing.  (Yes, there are other plants that we can grow indoors for food besides Cannabis/Hemp!)

In fact, even if you have a garden area in your yard or on your property or farm it would probably be a good idea to start a few “buckets” of vegetables as well.  Something you can easily move indoors if the need arises.   Heaven forbid, if an event happened whereby you were not able to go out of your house for a period of time, you could still nurse the bucket vegetables by the window or under a light, if you are lucky enough to have electric at the time, and still get some benefit out of them.

In 1943 the US Department of Agriculture estimated that more than 20 million victory gardens were planted.  There were approximately 42 million gardens in 2014.  The population of the U.S. is about 318 million.  There are 124 million households.  That means we need to have about 82 million more household gardens started in some form or fashion around the country in order to make a distinctive difference in the amount of money we pay out for our groceries to Corporate entities as well as making a  difference in how food-healthy we live.

In 1942 the government urged people to make gardening a family and community effort.  Today there are a lot of Community Gardens available to use and volunteer with.  If you do not wish to grow at home then make use of a Community Garden.  Many times the areas are already prepared and you only have to plant and tend the plants.  One of my first experiences with a Community Garden was when my Father had been retired for a number of years and was no longer able to till a garden for himself.  He made use of a Community Garden plot in Louisville, Kentucky on Fegenbush Lane and his “crop” rendered us many good meals!

Now, getting back to the issue at hand, the average person still likes to plant their garden in their backyard.  So here are a few pieces of information on how to make that a little easier.

*Over 6,000 pounds of food per year, on 1/10 acre located just 15 minutes from downtown Los Angeles. The Dervaes family grows over 400 species of plants, 4,300 pounds of vegetable food, 900 chicken and 1,000 duck eggs, 25 lbs of honey, plus seasonal fruits throughout the year. VIEW THE VIDEO HERE.

*Small Space Permaculture Food Forest Garden on 1/4 Acre Home Lot. VIEW VIDEO HERE.

There is no end to the amount of information that is available online to help you in your endeavor no matter how large or small it may be.  The point I am trying to make here is to just make an effort to do something to help sustain yourself and your family!  It is amazing how much food you can actually grow on your own with just a few seeds and a little imagination.  And even if you do not have any imagination, then just take a packet of seeds (of your choice) outside, find a spot, dig some holes in the yard and put the seeds in them.  Water and watch something grow!  I promise you that if you do, and you watch even one vegetable grow out of the ground that is eatable, you will be out there again next year with a larger plot to plant!  It is worth the work!

root cellar

The next problem you will have is how to store the vegetables which you reap from your garden!  That is where I am at now.  I would like to put a “root cellar” in to store my vegetables so that I can keep those fresh vegetables for quite a while.  EHow.com has many articles on how to do this in different ways.

Additionally, I would like to add here that if you are Blessed enough to have a piece of property, or a farm, or even just a ‘back-yard’, and you know someone who does not have that available to them, encourage them to share your area and plant a few things.  It will make you feel good to be able to help someone else accomplish something and it is always good to have gardening friends.  You can help each other succeed!

As another thought, there are many “weeds” that grow wild in your backyard or on your farm that are totally edible!  EATTHEWEEDS.Com is a very good website to find out about this and they also have a very good newsletter I would recommend subscribing to!  One of the edible weeds that Roundup tries to rid you of is Dandelions.  Check out the site and see how much food you have growing free in your yard!  BE CAREFUL what you choose to pick out of your yard to eat!  Some plants are poisonous and can be dangerous if ingested.  Be sure to check first before consuming! PETERSON FIELD GUIDES are among the best books available for this purpose.  They can be bought for a reasonable price online.  I have the “Medicinal Plants and Herbs” version and would like to get the whole series.  Books are still a good thing to have around even though there is so much information available on the internet.  There could be a time when we would not have access to electric as we do now and books could become life savers.

One more thing to do is plant a couple of fruit tree’s!  You will be glad you did in a few years when you can walk outside and pick an apple off of your own tree and enjoy eating it without paying for it!

Finally, if you are lucky enough to live in a legal Cannabis growing state be sure and plant a few in your garden to use for food!  But since it is still illegal in most states to grow your own Cannabis/Hemp, put back a few dollars if you can to to buy Hemp food products.  They are very healthy for you!

A short list of Candidates to choose from for the 2016 Presidential Race….

3/18/2016

ShereeKrider

It suffices to say that I am not at all excited about this years #POTUS ‘Race for the Whitehouse’.

There isn’t one Candidate that I have found so far, that has been termed ‘electable’, that I care to vote for.

But that is just my personal opinion and not worth very much by todays standards!

I am putting together my ‘short list’ of possible, electable Candidates to Office of the Presidency which include the Candidates outlined below.

The U.S. Marijuana Party will issue a statement prior to the election on who they are supporting.  As of right now we are still undetermined.

For purposes of this article, I am expressing my own personal thoughts on the subject.

I surely would not give Hillary Clinton my vote.  Here is “Louder with Crowder’s” rendition of 7 Undeniable Reasons You CAN NOT Vote Hillary

I can save everyone some time here and just say that I agree with everything he said!

Next we look at Donald Trump.  Wow, what a stage show!  A man who has never participated in politics in his life with the exception of lobbying efforts by the Trump empire. But according to him, “I Was Part of the Problem, But I Can Fix It”.   I have to admit I have some fear as to what would happen if this man were elected and for that reason I will withhold that vote.

Moving right along we come next to Sen. Bernie Sanders who definitely has his heart in the right place!  He is a “Democratic-Socialist” who aims to please all.  Well as much as possible anyway.

Democratic socialism, Sanders said, is not tied to any Marxist belief or the abolition of capitalism. “I don’t believe government should own the means of production, but I do believe that the middle class and the working families who produce the wealth of America deserve a fair deal,” he said.

Socialism, in any form or fashion, is a scary term for Americans, mainly wealthy Americans.  That being said we have already been engaged in socialism in America, having been moving in this direction intended or not, for many years.  If the people participate in the governing of a Socialist Democracy it should be very good for everyone.  Americans tend to be lazy when it comes to participating in politics and even when it comes to the voting process.  Yet, we are still basically a Democracy, (although sometimes that is hard to believe as well), and our Representatives and Senators include Republicans, Democrats, Libertarians, and Independents, so we should have no problem holding onto our Country if we all show up to vote in ALL of the Elections.  It is time to start participating versus sitting back, watching the show and hoping for the best outcome!

I believe Sen. Bernie Sanders could be a viable option for the vote.

Additionally, we have Libertarian Presidential Candidate and former Governor of New Mexico Gary Johnson.

If you follow the opinion of Ron Paul you will subscribe to the theory that the Founding Fathers were more Liberal than Conservative although many will disagree with this thought.

“Libertarianism is, as the name implies, the belief in liberty. Libertarians believe that each person owns his own life and property and has the right to make his own choices as to how he lives his life and uses his property – as long as he simply respects the equal right of others to do the same.” Sharon Harris, President, Advocates for Self-Government LINK

Per Wikipedia:  Johnson has been a longtime advocate of legalizing marijuana and has said that if he were president, he would remove it from Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act as well as issue an executive order pardoning non-violent marijuana offenders.[128]

Gary Johnson was supported by the U.S. Marijuana Party in 2012.  He is up for consideration this year as well.  So far he is the only Candidate with a clear strategy regarding the drug war. However, I do not believe that the freedom of Cannabis will ultimately come with one Executive Order.  Legalization unto itself is becoming a legal nightmare for many.  Repealing the CSA and removing Cannabis/Hemp from the U.N. Convention on Narcotic Drugs is the only true way to REPEAL.  A Plant is a Plant, and Plants should belong to all of us. Not at the discretion of the U.N.  And yes, it should apply to ALL Plants.  Not just Cannabis.  But for purposes of the 2016 Election we will focus on Cannabis/Hemp.

Since Libertarianism is the only ‘party’ which gives back personal freedom to the people themselves this is the Party which I would definitely like to see more of in every office in the U.S.  We need Libertarians in every aspect of our Government to try to ensure our personal freedoms are not kicked out the window for good.  There is no other Party that seems willing to do this.  The Democrats and Republicans are Hell bent on destroying most any freedom we ever had in this Country.  Regardless of who you may vote for in the Presidential Election remember to consider the Libertarians as viable Candidates for all offices of Government in the future, for this reason.

Electability is another problem.  There is just not enough Press and Media support for a Libertarian Candidate or any other Third-Party Candidate for that matter, in this Country yet.  Why, I do not know except that as I pointed out before most of us do not bother to show up at the Elections at all and have been too comfortable in the past with who ever got the vote.  This is starting to change as people become more aware of what is going on around them politically.  We can thank Donald Trump for the wake up call of the masses.  If he isn’t any good for anything else he was definitely a good choice to get the attention of the people who had paid no attention before.

Could it be possible that a Third-Party Candidate, a Libertarian, could come from behind like a Kentucky Race Horse to dash past the finish line while everyone is looking and saying, “How the Hell did that happen”?.

With any luck we will hear more from Gary Johnson in the near future.  I would like to see what the Americans will do for this Candidate.  Will they even give him a chance and listen to what he has to say?  Or will we retain the old dog and pony show with the Democrats?  Or maybe we will make the jump to Democratic Socialism?  Or maybe, just maybe, the Electoral College will once again, disregard the Popular Vote and put who they want to put into office?

In the current Electoral College battlefield, 40 of 50 states have voted for the same candidate in all four elections since 2000

I invite you to browse the links which I have provided within this article and make an informed decision for yourself.  Think about what is important to you and your family and who is most likely to be able to provide that.  Personally, I would like to think that a vote for Gary Johnson would be put to good use.  It remains to be seen if He can prove himself electable.  Sen. Bernie Sanders is also a viable option.

Please feel free to leave your comments on this issue here or on any of our Facebook Plugins on the websites.

We are waiting to hear what your opinions on this are.  Your opinion counts here!

What Is Libertarianism?

If they can "repeal" Obamacare then they can REPEAL the CSA and end the "War on Drugs" …

Yesterday the news came out about Sen. Mitch McConnell about to REPEAL OBAMACARE with a  “Simple 51-Vote Majority“.

IMG_20140814_145458

Hallelujah!

It is my opinion that the “Repeal” option should be utilized more often when good people get hurt by a bad law!

That is the reason that I post about “repealing” the laws surrounding the criminalization of the Cannabis plant.

The whole plant!  Marijuana and hemp are terms used to distinguish the differences in the THC ratio/level of a given plant, however, they are both one in the same species, “Cannabis”.

The Cannabis plant is a god-given or “earthly” gift to all of the Human species to do with as they will.

As Humans have “free will”  by the law of “nature” or “karma” or even using the famous quote of Newton, “…for every action there is an  equal yet opposite reaction…”, and that for every good there is an evil -( it’s what evens things out) there will be those people who will misuse it.  We cannot control that.  Just as there will always be people who abuse Alcohol and Codeine.  (I could list about a zillion more drugs of abuse here but I wont)  Cannabis IS THE ONE PLANT that can be safely used without much intervention.  It is safe for most people and I do not believe in addiction to Cannabis.  I’ve smoked most of my life and have also done without for periods of time with no indications of addiction.

So using this logic I ask you should not the laws surrounding the “Drug War” be repealed?  The laws which sent and are continuing to send people to corporate run prisons?  Any law that turns a good citizen into a common criminal should be repealed, not the least of which is the laws surrounding Cannabis.

You cannot just continue to add more law on top of more law to correct the old laws which were enacted to further the law of commerce and enslave people to begin with.

But you can damn sure go back and get rid of the bad laws via repeal, which will give people free will once again and then you can guide them in the best direction possible without incarcerating them for doing something just because you do not like it.

The “REPEAL OBAMACARE” attempt is going to be a good case to watch.  It could set a precedent for the “repeal” of other bad laws.

In the meantime I’ll continue to post and educate people concerning the differences between “legalize, tax and regulate”, or putting Cannabis into a Schedule II substance under the CSA (Controlled Substance Act) which is one of the worst things we could do right now, as putting it among common pharmaceuticals only increases the regulation and control thereof leading to even more arrests and possible prison time for “misusing a drug”. End prohibition now!  Free our prisoners!  REPEAL !.

Here is a link to a petition on Change.Org which I put up some time ago:  REPEAL PROHIBITION!

The following statement was published:

McConnell, Lee Continue Effort to Repeal Obamacare Through Reconciliation

Jul 28 2015

WASHINGTON – United States Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and U.S. Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) issued the following statements Tuesday on the important tools in the Senate’s balanced budget that allow Congress to pass legislation repealing Obamacare and its broken promises.
Leader McConnell: “Earlier this year, Senate Republicans passed a balanced budget, and with it the necessary procedural tools – via the budget reconciliation process – to bring an end to the nightmare of Obamacare.  Americans have faced skyrocketing health care costs, rampant fraud and more government between them and their doctors. And Republicans are united in working to repeal the broken promises of Obamacare and allow our country to start over fresh with real health reform that Americans deserve.  We will continue our effort to use reconciliation – as the budget makes clear – to fulfill the promise we made to our constituents.”
Sen. Lee: “Americans deserve quality health care at affordable prices and Obamacare is giving them the exact opposite. A Senate vote to repeal Obamacare on a simple majority basis through reconciliation is the best way to pursue that goal. The Majority Leader and I are committed to using reconciliation to repeal Obamacare in the 114th Congress.”

TWENTY YEARS OF NARCOTICS CONTROL UNDER THE UNITED NATIONS

    excerpt from http://www.unodc.org/unodc/en/data-and-analysis/bulletin/bulletin_1966-01-01_1_page002.html#s120

III. The problems in 1946: the first solutions

In order to attempt an assessment of the work done and the evolution which took place since the Commission first met in November 1946, it is first necessary to ascertain what the narcotics situation was at that date. Three elements have to be taken into consideration: the first is the legal basis of the control, i.e. the international treaties then in existence. The second is the disruptions that the war had caused, and the third is the changes which occurred in the world during and immediately after the war. The Commission could not tackle these tasks one after the other and it had to work on all of them simultaneously. Still, it may be stated that, generally speaking, the task of bringing the narcotics situation of the world back to normal was the first undertaken. This occupied part of the first few sessions of the Commission. The Commission was, however, aware of the fact that it was not just taking over directly from the League of Nations, since there lay a six years’ gap in between. It had therefore to assess the changes which made it necessary to adapt the treaty system to the demands of the international community and to work out improvements to that system (through interim measures before addressing itself to the long-term exercise of drafting a single convention).

    The treaty system in 1946

In 1946, the international control of narcotics was regulated by six treaties: the International Opium Convention signed at The Hague on 23 January 1912; the Agreement concerning the Manufacture, Internal Trade in and Use of Prepared Opium signed at Geneva on 11 February 1925; the International Opium Convention signed at Geneva on 19 February 1925; the Convention for Limiting the Manufacture and Regulating the Distribution of Narcotic Drugs signed at Geneva on 13 July 1931; the Agreement for the Control of Opium-Smoking in the Far East signed at Bangkok on 27 November 1931; and the Convention for the Suppression of the Illicit Traffic in Dangerous Drugs signed at Geneva on 26 July 1936.

The Hague Convention formulated the basic principles for the international control which have retained their validity to the present day. The two Agreements on opium smoking were very limited in scope and in fact had very little influence in terms of actual control.

And all the green fields will runneth red with blood…

5/8/2015

ShereeKrider

…Our blood. The blood of our children and grandchildren. The U.S. Government will lead us full circle into a pit of damnation with the temptation of a legal way to grow a federally illegal substance which in fact should never have been made illegal to begin with. The fact is that they tricked us into believing that Cannabis was the devils drug in order to make it illegal so that their “laws of commerce” would prevail eternally. This is the top 1% of the populations monetary hold over the rest of us.

Too many high profile Corporations would be endangered with the freedom of cannabis. A “new” commerce will emerge but it generally takes quite a while to build a conglomerate like the ones they have been operating off of since WWII. And that conglomerate does not include Cannabis/Hemp. Therefore we are a threat to their “law of commerce” and must be rounded up and put in our place so the conglomerate Pharmaceutical Companies can get a handle on the use of patented Cannabis Medicines – for dispense by a doctor, and received by the patient via the Pharmacies.

The war will be the most ungodly apocalypse of our generation. It will be fought over the right to sustain ourselves with food. The right not to be inundated with health debilitating chemicals in our food and medicines from the ground through production and sales. It will be fought over a plant. A plant called Cannabis Sativa. A plant over 5000+ years old. A plant that up until 1937 was a sustenance in our daily lives from food to clothing to medicine.

But it is not just one plant that will be in this upcoming annihilation of all self-sufficiency. This is the beginning of the end of life as we know it on this planet and it will not be from nuclear war in and of itself. It will be the complete regulation of gardening our own food and herbs of any kind with a very distinct possibility of losing those rights all together. In other words, anything you consume as sustenance in your body including all types of food and medicine will have to be bought and obtained from a regulated corporation. In short, no more home grown food or marijuana. Thereby they will control your health and your longevity much more than they do now. The establishment of the FDA/DEA was to do just that over a period of time so as to not draw immediate attention and to cover up the real intentions over a period of years.

The California Compassionate Use Act 1996, Cal. Health & Saf. Code, § 11362.5 (1996) was the beginning of the long war to decriminalize or legalize marijuana in the U.S.

Since then we have some sort of State legalization of either/or Medical Marijuana and Adult use in over 20+ States in the Country. But the war goes on.

The regulation of Marijuana in and of itself creates loopholes for people to be incarcerated for this plant – even though it is deemed “legal” in those States. There is a lot of chaos in the Marijuana Market since federally, it is still illegal and at any time the Federal Government can reverse course and decide to prosecute once again under current laws still standing for Marijuana federally.

Federal trumps State – That is just the way it is in this Country. And the U.N. trumps the U.S. Federal Government.

We have a real clusterfuck going on here. Is Marijuana legal or not? NOT.

We have put 20+ years into the fight for the freedom of Cannabis and every time we think we are gaining an inch we were actually gaining that inch for the freedom of the Pharmaceutical Companies to take hold/ownership thru patent seeds/distribution to pharmacies to dispense the plant in whatever form.

The work we did to try to bring this plant back to the people in fact was a quagmire in and of itself because we ramped up the population to fight for the freedom of cannabis, particularly medical cannabis, which lead right into the hands of Government and regulated pharmaceuticals. In effect we fought for Cannabis so that the Pharmaceuticals would be able to take it over.

Of course as far as the Government is concerned the people do not have the aptitude to use the Cannabis plant in the right way so therefore, since it is now being deemed a drug of value the Pharmaceuticals will have to be the ones to produce and dispense because we, the people, do not have the education or ability to use it correctly if not governed by a government entity and our Physicians. Physicians will/are responsible for tracking our drug use thru the almighty drug test which the Government has forced on to them and their Patients.

It is unconstitutional,

It is inhumane,

It is a type of genocide,

It is a means to another end through trickery on the part of the U.S. Government who used us to get what they wanted.

Subtitle:  How to age quickly and retire early from a life of Activism in Cannabis – via the DEA

Subtitle:  How to become a criminal vs. a patient in need of their medication…

ShereeKrider; May 7th, 2015

I really hate writing about myself.  I rarely do and when I do it is for a reason.  I have no other choice but to tell the story as it happened – and unfortunately it happened to me, although you could say that I have set myself up for “martyrdom” by being involved with Activism in any aspect which has to do with Cannabis.  That is my sin – I smoke Cannabis.  I know that it helps my anxiety but I also knew that Cannabis alone most likely would not be able to handle my “condition” and that it was “illegal” to use.  O.K., that much is fact.

In 1979 I was diagnosed with Chronic Major Depression, Dysthymia, and Acute Anxiety.  This is no secret as I have not tried to hide the fact that I suffer from this condition.

Skip forward to 1990 when I finally was placed with a Psychiatrist that was very knowledgeable in his field and I took to him quickly.  I was glad to have someone that knew more than I did prescribing my medication.

I never hid the fact that I worked as an Activist with the USMjParty from him.  I never hid the fact that I used Cannabis from him.

I left a pain clinic in 2003 where I tested positive for THC and the only medication they would prescribe at that point was Methadone which I had ironically enough just been able to detox myself from and was not taking anymore.  Hence, my reason for leaving.

My Psychiatrist, Dr. Theodore B. Feldman who works for U of L Psychiatric in Louisville Kentucky told me at that time that I did not have to worry about obtaining my medicine from him because he would never hold the THC against me.  My main two medicines were Zoloft and Xanax.  I had been tried on a multitude of drugs but this is what worked for me and I have been using the same medication since 1986.  He even filled out a form which is seen below, to send back to the pain doctors saying there wasn’t a reason to withhold my pain medication because of THC.

Theodore B. Feldmann, M.D., Associate ProfessorDr. Feldman is responsible for all aspects of the psychiatry curriculum during the four years of medical school. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati and his medical degree from the University of Louisville. He completed his psychiatric residency training at the University of Cincinnati and received additional training at the Chicago Institute for psychoanalysis and Cincinnati Psychoanalytic Institute. Dr. Feldman received his board certification in psychiatry in 1986 and in forensic psychiatry in 1996. His clinical activities include general adult psychiatry, long-term intensive psychotherapy, and forensic psychiatry. He has been the principle investigator on research activities related to workplace violence and hostage and barricade incidents. Dr. Feldman serves as an expert witness in civil and criminal cases in state and federal courts. He is a psychiatric consultant to the Federal Bureau of Investigation which includes consultation in hostage situations, training of hostage negotiators, and psychological profiling of offenders. Dr. Feldman serves as a consultant to the Baldwin County (GA) Victim Assistance Program and to the Louisville Metro/Jefferson County (KY) Police Crisis Negotiation Team. He has published numerous scientific papers and serves as a peer reviewer for a variety of regional and national publications. In addition to his clinical service, Dr. Feldman supervises and lectures to medical students and psychiatry residents on topics related to psychiatric assessment, personality disorders and psychotherapy.

I had also been told by Dr. Feldman not to worry if I could not get to an appointment – I could reschedule.  The problem was that when I rescheduled he was always booked three to six months at a time so it could be hard for me to get in.

The first part of April this year I called in to get an appointment.  I had missed two previous, one because of weather and one because of taking my (ex)husband to an important heart cath appointment here in Glasgow.   When I called in I was told that I was NO LONGER A PATIENT OF DR. FELDMAN THAT I HAD BEEN DISMISSED FOR MISSED APPOINTMENT AND A PAST DUE BALANCE WHICH WASN’T PAID OFF.  I never received a letter to this effect from either Dr. Feldman, nor the office of the U of L Psychiatric Clinic.  I was told nothing until the day I called in for an appointment.  After much adieu the clinic called in my Zoloft and Xanax for one more month.  I needed them filled again by the first of May.

This is where I will go backwards a little bit.  I had also been a patient of Dr. Chandra Reddy here in Cave City.

Reddy 2013

He had been my primary doctor since I moved here in 2011.  He had filled my medications as needed for the most part – until I was caught by a drug test by him back in 2014.  At about that same time, in July of 2014 Dr. Reddy, himself, was found to be trading scripts for marijuana!  Kentucky.com reported the following on July 7th, 2014:

According to last week’s order restricting Reddy from prescribing controlled substances, Berry said patients would call for narcotic prescriptions without coming to the office. She also claimed to have a sexual relationship with her married boss and to have traded cash and prescription narcotics for marijuana for his use.

Here is the PDF Document of the outcome of his demise.

The end of this scenario with Dr. Chandra Reddy is that he is now back in his office practicing medicine after having had these charges against him and he had admitted to smoking marijuana as well.

Now, I move forward to current time.  The Physician I went to after Dr. Reddy was out of business was located in Glasgow.  I was referred to him by T.J. Samson Hospital approximately six months ago.

I will not use his name because he is currently still my physician.  He has done no wrong.  He is just doing what he has to do to keep his license.  When H.B. 1 was passed in January of this year all the Physicians who were already on edge, increased their drug testing and removal of patients who smoked Cannabis, because the new laws just served to create a free fall for all Medical Cannabis user’s.  We were immediately pegged because of drug testing in the Doctor’s office which is how I came to be in this situation to begin with.

When I went to my current Physician in Glasgow they got me with a drug test.  I was positive for THC and he could no longer prescribe me “scheduled narcotics” – which would include the medicine I need the most to survive in this chaotic world I live in, Xanax.

Do to the fact I thought ahead and always kept an extra few weeks of medicine put back in case of emergency, which I think this definitely qualifies as an emergency, I am able to sit here today and write the story of what is happening to me.

The only thing my current Physician could do is refer me to a new Psychiatrist in Bowling Green for which my appointment is not until September!

It is documented fact that after being on this medication for so many years, my age, my heart conditions and anxiety, I could die from withdrawals.  So therefore they know that that withdrawal will force me into a hospital for treatment (I’ve never had to be hospitalized for my condition before) and force me to “retire” from Activism all together – get me out of their way, an activist “culling” of sorts, and I damn well know that it is not just me that is being hung by the neck in this scenario.  It has to be playing out with many people – all Cannabis user’s.  In all areas of the Country.  It is just particularly bad in Kentucky — and my name is Sheree Krider.

So effectively I have been given a death sentence by our Government and Health Care System.  If I do not become a criminal and find Xanax on the “street”, it is quite likely I may end up dead – or worse.

They have judiciously made me into a criminal for being ill and speaking out for something I believe in and not trying to hide the fact.  I was, in fact, very naïve to think that I could trust any Doctor – even Dr. Feldman who I felt I could be truthful with, after twenty-four years, kicked me out like an old rag.  Due to the fact that he is involved in Forensics I have to ask myself why I ever felt I could trust him.  These people are good at what they do.  And they damn well know EXACTLY what they are doing to me.

Let my scenario be your warning!  The legalization movement is truly a war.  And they are going to keep knocking us down every time we think we are getting a step up.  The Activists who are in my age range are particularly vulnerable because of other healthcare issues.  Legalize, tax and regulate as a form of control is not going to change this scenario.  Only true repeal of the prohibition of this plant would do us any good now.  Yes, you can “legalize” a schedule II Cannabis drug that will give the plant to the Pharmaceutical Companies to patent, and prescribe to patients…But you will never be able to grow a plant in your yard for your own use.  You will have to have a RX in order to get this medication and it will come straight through the FDA and DEA and don’t get caught with someone else’s “Cannabis RX” in your pocket!

I just cannot figure out how a Doctor can be sanctioned for bartering RX’s for Marijuana and be back in business within six months and I am a patient, half dead already, and cannot get my mental health medication filled because I smoke Marijuana ?????

That’s it, and that’s that.

All the years of hard work by Activists to free a plant are quickly going to Hell in a Hand Basket.  So enjoy while you can.

God Bless,

ShereeKrider

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY AUNT RUBY!

Correspondence from Sen. Mitch McConnell–RE: Marijuana in Kentucky

mcconnell_header650

Dear Mrs. Krider:

Thank you for contacting me with your thoughts on marijuana.  Your views help me represent Kentucky and the nation in the United States Senate.

In your correspondence, you expressed your thoughts on rescheduling marijuana from its current status as a Schedule I controlled substance.  Kentuckians continue to combat the negative consequences associated with the cultivation and distribution of marijuana in communities across the state.  According to the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, in 2013, approximately 440,000 plants were eradicated in the Commonwealth, over $745,000 worth of assets were seized, and more than 85 weapons were taken off the streets as a result of the marijuana eradication operations.  Kentucky carries the dubious distinction of ranking as one of the top marijuana producing states in the nation.  Traffickers have been known to trespass on both private and public lands, often resulting in damage to private property and many of the Commonwealth’s most cherished natural habitats.

That is why I recently invited Michael Botticelli, Director of the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy, also known as the "Drug Czar," to attend a forum in Northern Kentucky to hear firsthand accounts of the devastating impact of prescription drug and heroin abuse in the Commonwealth.  Along with bringing him to the Commonwealth, I continue working to provide law enforcement with the tools and resources they need to combat drug abuse; this effort has included advocating on behalf of several Kentucky counties to ensure their successful inclusion into the Appalachia High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area, which qualifies them for additional federal assistance to combat drug trafficking threats.

There is no doubt that drug abuse persists as a serious problem in all 120 counties of the Commonwealth, and the effects of such abuse have proved devastating for our local communities.  Because of the harm that substances like marijuana and other illegal drugs pose to our society, I oppose their legalization.  That said, I will keep your thoughts in mind as the 114th Congress progresses.

Again, thank you for contacting me about this important matter.  If you would like to receive periodic updates from my office, please sign up for my eNewsletter at http://www.mcconnell.senate.gov, become a fan of my page on Facebook by visiting http://www.facebook.com/mitchmcconnell or follow my office on Twitter @McConnellPress.  In the meantime, I hope you will continue to keep me informed of issues important to you.

Sincerely,

MITCH McCONNELL
