Good morning!

My name is Virgil Anderson, and I’m a mesothelioma cancer patient at The National Cancer Institute.

I was reading through kyusmjparty.weebly.com, and I was hoping you had a minute to check mesothelioma.net. Mesothelioma dot net is the world’s most comprehensive informational site on mesothelioma treatment.

Because of this cancer’s very poor prognosis, our site cover a wide range of therapeutic treatment options, including medicinal marijuana and CBD oils. You can read more at mesothelioma.net/medical-marijuana-mesothelioma/.
In fact, we have over 1000 pages on health therapies alone, ranging from nutritional to naturopathic therapy.

Ultimately, I was hoping you could take a minute to review some of that information and consider consider linking back to our site. If you need additional literature, or would like to hear about other treatment options, please let me know. I’d be delighted to chat.
I applaud your work at kyusmjparty.weebly.com, and I appreciate your time in advance. Anything you can do to help would go a long way.
Hope you’re off to a good start in 2017, and God Bless.

The Existential War: Obama’s Collectivism Vs Trumps Individualism

Bruce Cain·Sunday, March 5, 2017

Oh what a nice day to follow Alice down the rabbit hole to Wonderland.

The scope of this essay is so broad that I do fear I will be completely lost by the time I type the final period and post the essay. But whether I succeed or fail I am just hoping that it will allow my readers to better think about where we are as a human society and help the reader make more informed about which path we will choose. And, as with all my writings, I am trying to present my arguments as an old Perennial Hippie.

So first here are all 200 of my FB essays.

The complete FB Essay of Bruce Cain https://www.facebook.com/bruce.cain.98/notes?lst=100000184321094%3A100000184321094%3A1488734044

Finally let me make this general statement about all of my essays. If I had to explain everything, in many of m essays, then each essay would probably be a 300 page book. To get around this problem I provide links that help the reader better understand the nuinces of a given sentence or paragraph. To put in Beatle-eque terms:

‘The love you take is equal to the love you make.’ [What you get out of my essays is equal to the effort you put in to understanding my essays.] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_End_(Beatles_song)

With all that in mind lets get started . . .

First we need to define what is meant by Collectivism and Individualism.

Collectivism: Collectivism is the moral stance, political philosophy, ideology, or social outlook that emphasizes the group and its interests. Collectivism is the opposite of individualism. Collectivists focus on communal, societal, or national interests in various types of political, economic and educational systems. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Collectivism

Individualism is the moral stance, political philosophy, ideology, or social outlook that emphasizes the moral worth of the individual.[1][2] Individualists promote the exercise of one’s goals and desires and so value independence and self-reliance[3] and advocate that interests of the individual should achieve precedence over the state or a social group,[3] while opposing external interference upon one’s own interests by society or institutions such as the government.[3] Individualism is often defined in contrast to totalitarianism, collectivism, authoritarianism, and more corporate social forms. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Individualism

As I hope to make clear:

Obama is a collectivist Trump is a individualist

How the life-force favors collectivism

Collectivism goes back to the beginnings of sexual reproduction as I try to explain in this comment I made on an article on sexual fantasy:

===== Ah sexual fantasies. While this is quite interesting I don’t think it gets to the “bottom” of this. LOL.

At the bottom lies what I would call the “life-force” whose primary purpose is to improve upon the virus (e.g., our DNA) so that life is better able to promulgate itself through the dimension of time. Sexual reproduction goes back about 1.5 billion years as life evolved and provided a more efficient model for diversifying the human genome. And as this occurred subconscious neurochemical scripts also evolved to nudge us toward mating with partners that would improve upon the our DNA’s ability to survive through the continuum of time. For more on this read the WIKI article on Evolutionary Psychology.

Here are but a few examples of such programming:

* Many animals will submissively raise their hips for fertilization by a perceived alpha male. For more on that see the WIKI article on Lordosis.

* Women, in their most fertile time of the month, are much more likely to cheat on their bonded partners and mate with a perceived alpha male.

* Then their is “sperm competition.” Again read the WIKI article or the article on evolutionary psychology.

So while your upbringing definitely effects your preference for various sexual fantasies I’m simply suggesting that might get to the lips, tits and hips of the matter . . . it doesn’t quite get down to the bottom. At the bottom is what you might call genetic collectivism: the fact that we are influenced by unconscious neurochemical scripts that favor the interests of the species above the interests of the individual.

The interests of the species is pushed forward by these neurochemical scripts that act primarily on the lower Reptilian brain. The interests of the individual are pushed forward by making better use of the higher brain, such as the cerebrum.

Sexual Fantasies: What They Say About You http://personallifemedia.com/2013/10/sexual-fantasies-what-they-say-about-you/?a_aid=4d10d6658ceff&a_bid=2dca6ad0 =====

To be clear I think that our evolution toward a more utopian society will depend on our conscious utilization of the higher brain. Our demise will become increasingly certain if we continue to allow our lives to be governed by our lower reptilian brain. Got that?

Global Government and Obama represent a collectivist ideology

Obama and his 8 year tenure represent a collectivist agenda. Obama was a student of Alinsky and everything he did as president reflects this agenda to topple our republic and create a collectivist/socialist state.

Saul Alinsky’s Doctrine: 8 steps to topple a nation and create a socialist state by IWB · October 16, 2015

1) Healthcare — Control healthcare and you control the people 2) Poverty — Increase the Poverty level as high as possible, poor people are easier to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them to live. 3) Debt — Increase the debt to an unsustainable level. That way you are able to increase taxes, and this will produce more poverty. 4) Gun Control — Remove the ability to defend themselves from the Government. That way you are able to create a police state. 5) Welfare — Take control of every aspect of their lives (Food, Housing, and Income). 6) Education — Take control of what people read and listen to — take control of what children learn in school. 7) Religion — Remove the belief in the God from the Government and schools. 8) Class Warfare — Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor. This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to take (Tax) the wealthy with the support of the poor.

=====

It should be obvious to anyone with a brain that these 8 steps were all exploited by Obama during his 8 years as president and his current activities to destroy Trumps individualist agenda (reducing regulations, rejecting a New World Order etc.).

I would also recommend you read this WIKI on Rules for Radicals by Alinsky:

Rules for Radicals From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rules_for_Radicals

Nationalism and Trump represent a Individualist ideology

By no means to I think Trump is a saint. I am already troubled by his appointment of globalist bankers (Goldman Sachs to his cabinet). But it was a binary choice between Hillary and Trump. And their were two main issues that compelled me to vote for Trump:

(1) He promised to reduce immigration whereas Hillary wanted to further open our borders to Muslim Terrorists and even more Illegal Aliens.

(2) He promised to reject the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP) which would have led to the end of US sovereignty. Hillary saw the TPP as the “gold standard.”

The Globalist Collectivists get set back by Brexit and Trumps victory

Brexit was a blow against the globalist empire by English citizens that were growing weary of having Muslim immigrants forced down their throats as well as diminishing control over their own government. Trump won for very similar reasons. And both won by such small margins that it makes me wonder if there is really something like divine providence lurking deep within the life-force.

===== Divine providence From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In theology, divine providence, or just providence, is God’s intervention in the world. The term “Divine Providence” (usually capitalized) is also used as a title of God. A distinction is usually made between “general providence”, which refers to God’s continuous upholding the existence and natural order of the universe, and “special providence”, which refers to God’s extraordinary intervention in the life of people.[1] Miracles generally fall in the latter category.[2] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Divin… =====

To be clear I don’t really believe in divine providence. I certainly do believe it possible that the people of the United States and the European Union did “finally” decide that didn’t like getting it up the ass by these globalist scum every god damn fucking day.

In this context I would also encourage you to read this essay I wrote in 2015. In essence the globalists are using Islam as a tool to destroy our republic in order to force us into a One World Global Fascist State:

The Muslim Invasion of the US/Europe and the End of the World https://www.facebook.com/notes/bruce-cain/the-muslim-invasion-of-the-useurope-and-the-end-of-the-world/1217516511607668

The Post Election Conspiracy to Impeach Trump

I really did not think that Trump was going to win last November although it gave me great relief that perhaps the American People had finally become awakened to their plight under a globalist/collectivist agenda. And if you read my essays, after the election, it is clear that the attempts to impeach Trump began promptly, the day after the election.

OK, I’m getting tired of writing for today. I hope the way I have framed the issue helps the reader better understand what is going on and what is at stake. We are in the midst of a global existential crisis and what occurs in the coming weeks and months will determine which road we take forward: collectivism or individualism. To put it more bluntly, what we do going forward will determine if we are to become slaves on a globalist plantation or freemen/free-woman who retain or liberties in a sovereign republic.

So consider this (above) the official end of my essay. In the addendum I’m just going to list a few important articles and videos that relate to the subject. I will leave it up to you, the reader, to see how this fits into this Collectivist/Individualist paradigm.

Dear #PresidentTrump

I can only believe you are obviously ill informed in several areas and by now you are figuring out that the rabbit hole or snake pit is much deeper and darker than even you had believed… When it comes to the pure evil that seems to have a hold on nearly everyone and everything.

As it appears to be swallowing you too! At this point!

Which bothers me because I thought you had more heart and wisdom than your displaying and maybe it is some of your actions…

Or the Lack of Action or thought before action in some areas, or looking at all the perspectives in others… If not the same areas… When it comes to your keeping promises.

For those of us who had some faith that you would… Because of some previous good experience we had with you…

I believe you are missing or overlooking some important issues and/or perspectives in your so-called solutions that you might should take the time to reconsider or consider.

Like you can’t get rid of Cartels in Government by replacing it with a new one that’s hand picked!!!!

So disappointed that I thought you meant to do your best to keep that promise…

I knew you might be ignorant in some ares, yet, I believed you would take some time to educate yourself on all the perspectives too!

Seems I was wrong and like I have had to admit that fact one too many times.

Like when I had to admit that Legalize was in fact Legal Lies!

Seems that be what you be telling!!!

If you know how to Repeal Obama Care (which I supported as it is currently unconstitutional as it is mandated) and you really want to fix some things in big pharma and “return power to the people” than Please protect and return our earth, air, water, gardens, stop breaking Native Treaties and Repeal Marijuana Prohibition instead of telling even more Legal Lies!!! As it = Marijuana aka Cannabis Sativa L aka Hemp is a food first!!!!!!!!!!!!! Prohibition leads to Malnutrition which leads to Disease, War and Genocide!!!

Just because we were established as a Penal = Prison Colony of the Crown = Great Britain.

As it was incorporated through D.C. the “District of” and/or the “Contract of Incorporation or Corporate Merger” aka “The U.S. Constitution”

Doesn’t mean our children have to go out like that or that they should be consumed by those who conned, framed and laid in wait for them to do so.

And then there is KARMA and/or physics like perpetual motion you know ?

Editorial; Marijuana nullification?

March 22, 2016

The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to take up a challenge to Colorado’s voter-approved law legalizing recreational marijuana, but the legal question the case raises can’t be ignored indefinitely. The question is as old as the republic: How far can states go in substituting their own laws for those of the federal government? The issue of marijuana raises that question now. In the past it has been raised by the issues of tariffs, slavery and desegregation, and in the future it could come up in relation to anything from abortion to immigration.

The states of Nebraska and Oklahoma asked the court to overturn Colorado’s four-year-old law, claiming that it imposed costs on their law-enforcement systems. The lawsuit described the emergence of a $100 million marijuana industry in a neighboring state, and argued that “If this entity were based south of our border, the federal government would prosecute it as a drug cartel.”

Instead, the federal government has turned a nearsighted, if not quite blind, eye toward Colorado’s law, along with similar laws in Oregon, Alaska, Washington state and the District of Columbia. The federal government also has largely looked away from the more narrow laws in 22 states legalizing the use of marijuana for medical purposes. Under the federal Controlled Substances Act, marijuana is categorized as a drug whose possession and use is prohibited under all circumstances.

The federal classification of marijuana is foolish, destructive and should be changed — but it’s still the law, and like other laws, foolish or wise, it is meant to be obeyed. Yet the U.S. Justice Department has told prosecutors to ignore state legalization laws, as long as marijuana possession, use and sale remain within a set of guidelines. Federal authorities will step in, for instance, to prevent interstate commerce in marijuana, or to keep the drug out of the hands of children. Within those guidelines, just about anything goes, as Oregonians can see from the proliferation of pot products and retailers.

The Justice Department’s permissive approach avoids a confrontation over the limits of state and federal authority. Such confrontations have occurred in the past. The friction goes back to the nation’s founding, when it was the states, not a federal government, that dissolved the colonies’ ties to the British crown and ratified the U.S. Constitution. In the early 19th century, advocates of state supremacy argued that states have the right to secede in response to what they perceived as federal overreach — a position that led to the Civil War. Figures ranging from John Calhoun to George Wallace have advanced variants of that idea, claiming that states have the power to nullify federal laws with which they disagree.

Advocates of marijuana legalization have not argued for nullification. So far the Justice Department, and now the Supreme Court, have sidestepped the question of whether nullification has occurred. But marijuana legalization laws such as Oregon’s can’t be squared with the federal Controlled Substances Act, and as a practical matter, the state laws have been allowed to prevail. Someone, somewhere, is bound to point to this as establishing a precedent for states’ right to set aside other federal laws.

If Oregon can legalize marijuana in defiance of federal law, why can’t other states make their own rules regarding health care, the environment or civil rights? It’s regrettable that the Supreme Court decided against hearing a case that raised such questions, because they are inherent in any state law legalizing marijuana — and, perhaps soon, in other state laws that openly conflict with federal law.

A short list of Candidates to choose from for the 2016 Presidential Race….

3/18/2016

ShereeKrider

It suffices to say that I am not at all excited about this years #POTUS ‘Race for the Whitehouse’.

There isn’t one Candidate that I have found so far, that has been termed ‘electable’, that I care to vote for.

But that is just my personal opinion and not worth very much by todays standards!

I am putting together my ‘short list’ of possible, electable Candidates to Office of the Presidency which include the Candidates outlined below.

The U.S. Marijuana Party will issue a statement prior to the election on who they are supporting.  As of right now we are still undetermined.

For purposes of this article, I am expressing my own personal thoughts on the subject.

I surely would not give Hillary Clinton my vote.  Here is “Louder with Crowder’s” rendition of 7 Undeniable Reasons You CAN NOT Vote Hillary

I can save everyone some time here and just say that I agree with everything he said!

Next we look at Donald Trump.  Wow, what a stage show!  A man who has never participated in politics in his life with the exception of lobbying efforts by the Trump empire. But according to him, “I Was Part of the Problem, But I Can Fix It”.   I have to admit I have some fear as to what would happen if this man were elected and for that reason I will withhold that vote.

Moving right along we come next to Sen. Bernie Sanders who definitely has his heart in the right place!  He is a “Democratic-Socialist” who aims to please all.  Well as much as possible anyway.

Democratic socialism, Sanders said, is not tied to any Marxist belief or the abolition of capitalism. “I don’t believe government should own the means of production, but I do believe that the middle class and the working families who produce the wealth of America deserve a fair deal,” he said.

Socialism, in any form or fashion, is a scary term for Americans, mainly wealthy Americans.  That being said we have already been engaged in socialism in America, having been moving in this direction intended or not, for many years.  If the people participate in the governing of a Socialist Democracy it should be very good for everyone.  Americans tend to be lazy when it comes to participating in politics and even when it comes to the voting process.  Yet, we are still basically a Democracy, (although sometimes that is hard to believe as well), and our Representatives and Senators include Republicans, Democrats, Libertarians, and Independents, so we should have no problem holding onto our Country if we all show up to vote in ALL of the Elections.  It is time to start participating versus sitting back, watching the show and hoping for the best outcome!

I believe Sen. Bernie Sanders could be a viable option for the vote.

Additionally, we have Libertarian Presidential Candidate and former Governor of New Mexico Gary Johnson.

If you follow the opinion of Ron Paul you will subscribe to the theory that the Founding Fathers were more Liberal than Conservative although many will disagree with this thought.

“Libertarianism is, as the name implies, the belief in liberty. Libertarians believe that each person owns his own life and property and has the right to make his own choices as to how he lives his life and uses his property – as long as he simply respects the equal right of others to do the same.” Sharon Harris, President, Advocates for Self-Government LINK

Per Wikipedia:  Johnson has been a longtime advocate of legalizing marijuana and has said that if he were president, he would remove it from Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act as well as issue an executive order pardoning non-violent marijuana offenders.[128]

Gary Johnson was supported by the U.S. Marijuana Party in 2012.  He is up for consideration this year as well.  So far he is the only Candidate with a clear strategy regarding the drug war. However, I do not believe that the freedom of Cannabis will ultimately come with one Executive Order.  Legalization unto itself is becoming a legal nightmare for many.  Repealing the CSA and removing Cannabis/Hemp from the U.N. Convention on Narcotic Drugs is the only true way to REPEAL.  A Plant is a Plant, and Plants should belong to all of us. Not at the discretion of the U.N.  And yes, it should apply to ALL Plants.  Not just Cannabis.  But for purposes of the 2016 Election we will focus on Cannabis/Hemp.

Since Libertarianism is the only ‘party’ which gives back personal freedom to the people themselves this is the Party which I would definitely like to see more of in every office in the U.S.  We need Libertarians in every aspect of our Government to try to ensure our personal freedoms are not kicked out the window for good.  There is no other Party that seems willing to do this.  The Democrats and Republicans are Hell bent on destroying most any freedom we ever had in this Country.  Regardless of who you may vote for in the Presidential Election remember to consider the Libertarians as viable Candidates for all offices of Government in the future, for this reason.

Electability is another problem.  There is just not enough Press and Media support for a Libertarian Candidate or any other Third-Party Candidate for that matter, in this Country yet.  Why, I do not know except that as I pointed out before most of us do not bother to show up at the Elections at all and have been too comfortable in the past with who ever got the vote.  This is starting to change as people become more aware of what is going on around them politically.  We can thank Donald Trump for the wake up call of the masses.  If he isn’t any good for anything else he was definitely a good choice to get the attention of the people who had paid no attention before.

Could it be possible that a Third-Party Candidate, a Libertarian, could come from behind like a Kentucky Race Horse to dash past the finish line while everyone is looking and saying, “How the Hell did that happen”?.

With any luck we will hear more from Gary Johnson in the near future.  I would like to see what the Americans will do for this Candidate.  Will they even give him a chance and listen to what he has to say?  Or will we retain the old dog and pony show with the Democrats?  Or maybe we will make the jump to Democratic Socialism?  Or maybe, just maybe, the Electoral College will once again, disregard the Popular Vote and put who they want to put into office?

In the current Electoral College battlefield, 40 of 50 states have voted for the same candidate in all four elections since 2000

I invite you to browse the links which I have provided within this article and make an informed decision for yourself.  Think about what is important to you and your family and who is most likely to be able to provide that.  Personally, I would like to think that a vote for Gary Johnson would be put to good use.  It remains to be seen if He can prove himself electable.  Sen. Bernie Sanders is also a viable option.

Please feel free to leave your comments on this issue here or on any of our Facebook Plugins on the websites.

We are waiting to hear what your opinions on this are.  Your opinion counts here!

Opinions:  “Pot should stay illegal in Kentucky”

From:  Rev. Mary L. Thomas-Spears, Bowling Green, Kentucky  42101

Dear “Pot should stay illegal in Kentucky”,

That was all like a bad scene straight out of Reefer Madness, or the equivalent of BS propaganda.  Yet all very well said for a pot dealer???!

I couldn’t help but notice you did not bother to take the time to sign your name or to take any credit for that medieval excrement – Your opinion which you felt so valuable.  It would cut into your profit margin if you had to suddenly become legitimate, wouldn’t it?

If Marijuana/Pot/Cannabis Prohibition was repealed in Kentucky and/or the U.S. it would put the pot dealer in the Black Market out of business and you wouldn’t be working for the FDA’s DEA anymore.

After all, Congress was only given authority over Currency, Foreign War and the market place, which is why they created “Prohibition”, to control and divide the market place, in order to maximize their profit margins, through supply and demand, and the Black Market they claim to be fighting against while in essence owning it.  So you work for them, right?

Opinions like yours are in fact, proof, that “opinions are like a$$holes…   They are undeniable evidence of the disgusting amount of (or level of) illiteracy and mis-education, or as Dr. Gupta put it, “brainwashing”, on the highest levels, within and outside of the Commonwealth, in my opinion.

We can thank William Randolf Hearst and his desire to print the news on wooden paper, as he owned millions of acres of trees for creating the propaganda and printing it on to begin with, and all these years later, despite all the published facts, research, science and truth to the contrary of this Marijuana Madness propaganda, we can thank you for attempting to continue the BS.

After all, up until then all of our news was printed on Hemp (= Cannabis Sativa L = Marijuana).

I am sure if my friend, colleague, mentor and Attorney, Gatewood Galbraith were here today in the flesh he would agree with me on everything I have said or will say.  While adding a few colorful comments or opinions of his own, of course,  like,

“I wish all you would stop getting high long enough to read my book!”  “I’d even give you a free copy so that you might educate yourselves on the fact that Marijuana is already legal, as I explained to Greg Stumbo!”

It all comes down to understanding the words and their legal meanings, the Constitution and your Rights and Freedoms along with precedence of Rulings handed down by the Supreme Court like Leary vs. The United States,  as I explained in “Last Free Man in America meets the synthetic subversions”.

In his book he also explains that ending Marijuana Prohibition in Kentucky would save the Commonwealth approximately $500 Million Dollars and year, just in healthcare and related costs alone.

The actual figures coming in from other States who have already passed similar laws are in fact very favorable as well as being in support of Gatewood’s estimate or prediction.

Gatewood Galbraith also explains in his book that Marijuana, like Ibogaine (which is also prohibited in the U.S.), is known to, in fact, break addiction.  Evidence that Y(our) Government is not against addiction or are not fighting addiction as them claim they are.

After all, the market place functions on supply and demand and addiction fuels or increases the demand, therefore increasing the profits.  This is why they have prohibited both of these plants in the U.S.  As former President Bush said without a flinch “We are a Nation addicted to gasoline”.  So why haven’t they prohibited possession of gasoline?  After all, how many have died throughout the last year alone huffing it or consuming it?  Or as a result of crashes?

Yet, it is a controlled substance like Marijuana, controlled through taxation, which recognizes the substance as legal and through the Tax with which it is controlled under (= 1937 Marijuana Tax Act), did just that (legalize), despite it having been repealed by Leary v. United States, in the Supreme Court, on the Federal level, in a ruling that agreed that He (= We, have a divine, inalienable, sovereign, natural right and freedom to utilize Marijuana), (Marijuana = Cannabis Sativa L “untaxed”).

The Commonwealth of Kentucky has passed its own Marijuana Tax Stamp Laws – Legalizing thru taxation.

WHY??? Why would people of any State pass a law, or vote in a law to pay the State or a Commonwealth to tax them for a right or freedom that has already been granted to them by not only Divine authority but by the highest Court in the land on the highest level?  While basically declaring themselves as Federal informants to a Government who has already abused it’s power and authority by passing not one, but two illegal and unconstitutional Acts of Congress (= the CSA or Controlled Substance Act).

All of this is a part of the “Synthetic Subversion” or war on plants and nature (not just Marijuana), as Corporations like Monsanto and Dupont scramble to own ALL OF THE SEED through Patents and GMO’s (genetically modified organism).

For all of those who still believe that Marijuana (= Cannabis Sativa L) was only prohibited because they couldn’t Patent the plant – Your wrong!  You have forgotten about the Corn, Soy Beans, and Wheat as well as all the farm’s and Farmer’s who have been lost to Lawsuits and suicides connected to “who is growing who’s seed in who’s fields throughout the U.S. and Canada.

The main reason for prohibition is all the legal lies (= Legalization)which openly mandates and sanctions their authority to prohibit in the first place, allowing them to Patent and own all the rights, while controlling the market place, which they now own, or rule, therefore controlling all of the profits while also allowing them to control the nature of the plant.

Keep in mind, THC is the active part of the plant that causes a plant to be labeled as Marijuana, which is also the natural sunscreen of any Cannabis Sativa L plant.

HEMP, which starts out as Cannabis Sativa L in the wild, has now been legally defined by the amount of THC it contains (or doesn’t contain).  This seed can now be controlled with a THC stopper gene, via GMO and we can promise that an entire crop growing in any field, no matter how much sunlight it receives, will, for that season, remain HEMP in the field, no matter where the field is, thus, controlling the harvest.   (In nature, the amount of Sunlight a plant receives determines the amount of THC in any given Cannabis Sativa L plant).

Keep in mind, Cannabis Sativa L., blows in the wind like corn when it pollinates.

By moving all of the Marijuana grows indoors, these same chemical Companies and Corporations that have prohibited Cannabis/Marijuana in the first place through the lobby of Congress, are the same ones that supply big Pharma, are the same ones that make chemical weapons for war, are the same ones controlling our crops and food supply, and can NOW not only control all the seed, they can sell you chemical fertilizers and growing equipment for medical Cannabis, for just long enough to gain all the information they need to take over the medical use of Cannabis.

Look at Canada.  Where medical patients have lost all their growing rights, while waiting in lines and waiting for “approval” for medicine that they cannot afford to buy from the Corporate growers!

First:  Cannabis is already legal, as I have pointed out,

Second:  Prohibition is the problem,

Thirdly:  REPEAL is the only legal answer to end prohibition of Cannabis that is morally correct.

Fourth:  the gateway drug theory is a lie and has been disproven and  has been dispelled by the National Academy of Science over a decade ago in the 1999 report published by the National Academy Press, “Marijuana: Assessing the Science Base“, which stated plainly when examining this question or theory that, if there are any gateway drugs leading to addiction they would be sugar, nicotine and alcohol.  Notice that Marijuana is not at the top of their list of gateway drugs for addiction, and that sugar is not on the Controlled Substance list despite all the disease, illness, and death it causes, not including the addiction.

There has never been a death caused by Marijuana consumption or overdose unless it was a result of it being prohibited (= being shot by a Cop)…  Please find me ONE, I challenge you!

Cannabis Sativa L. (= Marijuana Cannabis/Hemp) is a FOOD first.  It has been proven that we are all Endocannabinoid based life forms, and that Endocannabinoids are passed from Mother to Child in the Breast Milk.

However, this food has been prohibited from our gardens since basically 1937, while disease and illness caused by malnutrition grows out of control.  Yet, the FDA wants YOU to believe that this food is a DRUG.

Well, so is bottled water, so do you want to see a Doctor for a prescription to buy bottled water?

I hear that my friend, Senator Perry Clark, has introduced a new bill that will repeal prohibition of Marijuana in Kentucky.  I have not read the Kentucky “Cannabis Freedom ActBill thoroughly yet.  If Sen. Perry Clark has asked to repeal Cannabis prohibition in Kentucky then he deserves our full support!  Our State Representatives need to step up and do what we have paid them to do and additionally introduce KCHHI (Kentucky Cannabis Hemp Health Initiative) as a companion Bill alongside Sen. Perry Clark’s Bill and PROTECT the People of this State!

Both would REPEAL Cannabis prohibition in Kentucky.

Wake up!  Educate yourselves on the entire truth of how it all does affect you, no matter who you are or what you think you know or believe.  This is the twenty-first Century, the “Information Age”!

Sincerely,

Rev. Mary Thomas-Spears

Another Perspective Pot Possibilities and Problems Banking on legal marijuana is proving dicy, especially thanks to the feds.

By Ross Kaminsky – 5.26.15

marijuana leaf

Often the first thing I’m asked when traveling outside of Colorado is a half-question half-joke about how many people in the state I now call home are stoned. Although I’m pro-legalization, I’ve never touched marijuana and it seems as if I’m not alone: even though the state passed — by a 10-percent margin — a constitutional amendment in 2012 legalizing “recreational” (but still highly regulated) marijuana sale and use, sales tax receipts have underperformed expectations.

I have more context than the average American on this issue: I used to live in Amsterdam. In that wonderful city — where, I repeat, I never touched the stuff — you drink coffee at cafés but at “coffee shops” you ingest marijuana, whether by smoking or eating cookies or brownies or by who knows whatever clever delivery system the 21st century has on offer. What I noticed the few times I was in a coffee shop with friends or even just walking by The Bulldog was that the majority of the patrons were not Dutch.

I suspect the same is happening here, with marijuana tourism fueling a substantial fraction of the recreational pot sales in the state. One company in Colorado’s fledgling pot tourism industry offers four-hour tours during which participants visit dispensaries and “grow” operations, “enjoy free sampling on the cannabis friendly luxury party bus” and “end our day with a smoke out…with delicious munchies, ganja and drinks.”

It sounds like a bad ’70s movie but this is serious business which other states are watching closely, wondering whether the potential public revenue and private employment benefits are worth the cost and effort of regulation, of reforming state banking laws and pushing for parallel federal reforms, of how to deal with “edibles” (one of the biggest post-legalization issues in Colorado) and the impact of legalization on children — including everything from accidental ingestion to the prescription of high-CBD strains such as “Charlotte’s Web” to treat seizure disorders. (CBDs are pharmacologically active ingredients in marijuana but do not get you “high,” a feeling created by another chemical called THC. Many high-CBD strains are specifically engineered to be low in THC.)

Dozens, perhaps hundreds, of families have moved to Colorado seeking help and hope in the smoke or oil of what the federal government still classifies as a Schedule I controlled substance, meaning that according to Uncle Sam it has “no currently accepted medical use and a high potential for abuse.” While pot is on Schedule I, meaning that doing medical research on it is nearly impossible, drugs on Schedule II — laughably categorized as less dangerous and more useful than weed — include oxycodone, methamphetamine, and cocaine.

Politicians outside of Colorado are starting to pay attention. Three U.S. senators, Cory Booker (D-NJ), Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY), and, not surprisingly, Rand Paul (R-KY), have introduced the CAREERS Act which would, among other things, move marijuana from Schedule I to Schedule II within the Controlled Substances Act, remove CBD from the definition of marijuana (thus removing high-CBD low-THC strains from current regulation as controlled substances), abate the risk of federal prosecution for marijuana-related activities that are legal under state law, and prevent banks or banking regulators from discriminating against marijuana-related businesses that are operating legally under state law.

The banking issue is critical: Without an ability to deposit the cash from its sales at a bank, a legal marijuana business becomes an obvious target for violent crime while being tempted toward tax evasion. But banks, being federally regulated, are wary of becoming involved with a business selling a Schedule I substance directly to consumers.

Guidance issued last year by the Treasury’s Financial Crime Enforcement Network (FinCEN) did not help given its laundry list of burdensome requirements for banks including “reviewing the license application (and related documentation) submitted by the business for a state license to operate its marijuana-related business” and “ongoing monitoring of publicly available sources for adverse information about the business.” What bank manager is going to want to deal with all that and still face the risk of an officious federal regulator saying that the bank has abetted money laundering?

A Colorado-approved application for a marijuana- and hemp-related credit union has been sitting at the Federal Reserve for six months, waiting for approval of a Fed “master account” that it would need to operate. One of the backers of the credit union says that he hopes the Fed will act within the next few weeks as it has no legal basis on which to deny approval.

Last month, an Oregon-based bank that had begun to offer similar services in Colorado not only canceled those plans but, due to the cost of regulatory compliance, said it would close the accounts of businesses that had thought they’d found a banking home. As the bank’s CEO noted, those people would probably need to take their money in cash since “I can’t think that a cashier’s check would be of any help to them.” I bet the Bandidos would love to know the dates of those transactions.

In February, the IRS fined a Denver dispensary for not electronically paying employee withholding taxes. When the company argued that it could not pay electronically because it could not get a bank account, the IRS denied its appeal even though the firm’s taxes are paid by the due date (and in cash, of course) directly at the local IRS office.

The national implications of Colorado’s marijuana legalization don’t end with banking. Bordering states such as Kansas, Nebraska, and Oklahoma are none too happy to have marijuana coming into their states. Since they can’t stop every car driving east on I-70, the latter two states have filed a lawsuit with the Supreme Court of the United States arguing that “The Constitution and the federal anti-drug laws do not permit the development of a patchwork of state and local pro-drug policies and licensed distribution schemes throughout the country which conflict with federal laws” and that “In passing and enforcing Amendment 64, the State of Colorado has created a dangerous gap in the federal drug control system enacted by the United States Congress.”

Colorado’s new Attorney General, Cynthia Coffman, recently filed a brief with the Court asking for summary dismissal of the suit, saying that “The Plaintiff States’ attempt to selectively manipulate Colorado’s marijuana laws—leaving legalization intact but eliminating large swaths of state regulatory power—is a dangerous use of both the Supremacy Clause and the Court’s original jurisdiction, and it is unlikely to redress the Plaintiff States’ alleged injuries.” This less than neighborly conflict is only possible because of the senseless federal position on marijuana.

Congress has a particular problem now that the District of Columbia has — with a stunning 70 percent of the voters in support — legalized pot. Perhaps a little Maui Waui might make legislators get along better, or at least make C-SPAN a lot more fun for the rest of us to watch.

I don’t smoke pot and I warn my young children away from it. But the genie of marijuana legalization is not going back into the bottle, nor should it in a free society. All jokes aside, Colorado is leading the way in understanding both the benefits and perils of legal pot and of its regulatory framework. Other states, rather than stamping their feet and running to the feds, should watch this laboratory of democracy and learn from our success and our temporary failures.

Why I Do What I Do…

I can never remember the details. The "detail" section of my brain just does not work very well. I’ve had Major Clinical Depression with Chronic symptoms, Dysthymia, Chronic Anxiety as well. I also, among other things, had a "Cerebellar Vascular Accident (CVA) which is about the same as a ruptured aneurysm in 1998.

It does not matter though, because I can remember where to find the information that I want or need, when I need it! At the same time, the "philosophical" portion of my brain tends to work overtime. I spend a lot of my waking day on the internet, scanning for more and more information for which I know I will not remember the "details" of. Scanning the internet for anything or everything from conspiracy to political, socio-economics, healthcare and the conspiracy thereof, cannabis related medical issues and the conspiracy thereof, then back to the daily news and beyond.

I never had the opportunity to go to college, and I received my education in "Little’s" such as our former President Abraham Lincoln, who, incidentally, was also from Kentucky. I read, and read and read some more and then ask "Why?" or "Why Not?", and then I search for more. I believe as George Carlin did when he said that "children should be taught to question". Question everything. Nothing should be taken for granted nor at face value.

In the 1990’s my Father and I were discussing "Hemp" one day and he advised me that I should seek out Gatewood Galbraith and go see him. That "He" knew all about it. At that time I was busy raising kids and working and taking care of Mom and Dad on the weekends. Did not even have a computer!

I began about 2002 searching out "marijuana" information on the internet. My Dad had died in 2001 and three months prior to that had called me one day and asked me if I could find him "a little pot". As I was then ignorant of any kind of medicinal use of Marijuana, and he had COPD and Heart Disease. My only answer to him would be, "I’d love to Dad, but I’m afraid if you tried to smoke it at this point it could kill you." His lung capacity was near zero. At that time we knew nothing of the "healing oil". So about 2004 I was browsing one day and it came to my mind to search for "Medical Marijuana", which I did.

The rest is history. Once I found how to access the information nothing was going to stop me from trying to spread the message – through as many sites as I could possibly access. It suffices to say that in the last seven years or more I have learned a lot. The whole world has learned a lot. I have been through many changes in my life and am thankful for most of them. My only hope is that the World have a chance to recover itself before it is too late. Much of that depends upon how we choose to "FREE" this God given gift of Cannabis, and what is done with it once it is.

And then comes the "Human Issue"… I have seen so many abuses against humanity in general that I cannot ignore it. So therefore, I not only am an activist for anti-prohibition, but I have very strong feelings concerning other issues as well. Mountain Top Removal, and strip mining, coal ash and the illness and death as a result of, death penalty issues, prisoners rights issues, "DRUG WAR" Prisoners as well. Human trafficking and Slavery, Civil Rights, Human Rights, Bill of Rights, Constitutional Rights, the list could go on forever.

I am in no way qualified to be a politician, nor a lawyer, nor would I ever want to be. I do not want to be put into a position where I can no longer say what I feel is right, but must succumb to the "for the greater good of the people" clause which they use in order to be able to lie to us with a straight face.

And since there are so many differing opinions within any given movement of Activists, I feel I should be to try to be a citizen reporter and/or journalist. I can bring the news of the important issues which effect our lives to your laptop, and I may have an occasional opinion on a given subject, but basically I want to give you the information that you need in order to make up your own minds about what you think is right. After all, It’s not about what I as a single being wish to have happen. It is about a Democracy which believes in the right of the people to decide for themselves who they want in office and how these laws are carried out. In the end, it is only YOU that can help save our Earth and bring it to peace by petition, voting rights, etc., After all, as Gatewood once said: There are only two ways to win a war. One is politically and the other to take it to the streets. I damn sure hope the streets isn’t where we end up…. Peace and Prayers to You All! Sheree Krider
